Donations made to Helping Hands Foundation are voluntary and are used to support our charitable programs and initiatives. As a general policy, donations are non-refundable.

In case of a technical error, duplicate transaction, or incorrect donation amount, donors may contact us for assistance. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any refund decision will be made at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
